Privacy

This notice transparently explains the data processing associated with the website, contact messages and appointment booking.

Data controller

Tristan Baud, an independent professional operating under the name Lexen, is responsible for the processing described on this page. For any question or request concerning your data, contact hello@lexen.agency.

Data processed and purposes

  • Website access: the technical infrastructure may process your IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser, device and referrer to deliver and secure the website.
  • Email contact: your address, any name you provide and the content of the exchange are used to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a contractual relationship.
  • Appointment booking: when you choose to display Google Calendar or open the booking page, Google processes the necessary technical data and the information you enter.

Cookies and analytics

Lexen currently uses no audience analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website. The font is hosted locally. Google Calendar is contacted only after you click “Show the calendar” or the booking link.

Recipients and service providers

Data may be accessible to providers strictly required for website hosting and security, email services and, when you activate it, Google Calendar. Clicking LinkedIn or another external source takes you away from this website and makes the relevant service’s policy applicable.

International transfers

Some providers, including Google, may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. These transfers rely on safeguards provided by the service provider and applicable law. Read the Google Privacy Policy.

Retention

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, then deleted or anonymised, subject to legal obligations. Business correspondence may be retained while it remains useful to the relationship. Google’s own retention periods depend on its settings and policies.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access to, correction, delivery or deletion of your data, or restriction of certain processing. You may also object where the law provides this right. Identity verification may be required.

Send requests to hello@lexen.agency or consult the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Security and updates

Lexen applies proportionate technical and organisational measures to reduce unauthorised access, loss or alteration of data. This notice may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change.
