About Lexen

Stay visible. Work smarter.

Lexen is an independent agency based in Switzerland. It helps SMEs and businesses get found in Google and AI answers, then free up time through useful, controlled automation.

Why Lexen

AI is reshuffling the deck because it is changing our habits. We no longer search only for a list of links: we ask a question and expect an immediate, clear and relevant answer. Customers compare faster, decide faster and want what they need with less friction.

Businesses need to evolve at the same pace. They must be visible across these new search journeys while also rethinking how work gets done: many tasks that used to waste time can now be automated. Lexen helps capture both opportunities — getting found at the right moment and making processes faster without losing control.

02

Work efficiently

Tristan Baud

Founder of Lexen · Lausanne, Switzerland

I created Lexen to help Swiss businesses keep a practical edge in an environment where search, recommendations and everyday work are changing fast.

Trained as a cybersecurity engineer, I focused my bachelor’s thesis on automating governance, risk and compliance (GRC) processes. Since the arrival of ChatGPT, I have been designing and automating systems that turn repetitive tasks into simpler, better-controlled workflows.

I have also built several digital products, including SaaS platforms and software. That builder experience shapes a practical approach: understand the need, build what is useful and measure what works.
