Why automation has no listed price

The difference between two SMEs of the same size comes down to the number of tools to connect and the state of their data, not their headcount. A listed figure would be right for one and wrong for the other.

The build quote therefore comes once the task is known, after the call or after the process audit, when those two unknowns have been cleared up. It takes into account the number of tasks selected, the tools involved and the complexity of the integrations.

What makes a quote vary

  • The number of tasks or processes to automate
  • The tools to connect and how they interface with each other
  • The state of the data: clean and structured, or in need of tidying up
  • The follow-up you want once the automations are in place

Questions about pricing

Is the first call really free?

Yes. The discovery call lasts 30 minutes, by video, and commits you to nothing. It is not a sales meeting: afterwards you receive a written summary of the conversation and a guide to finding what to automate.

When do we receive the quote?

Once the task to automate is known: straight after the call if you already know what to automate, or after the process audit if not. You then decide, with no prior commitment.

Do we have to continue with Lexen after the process audit?

No. You receive the list of automations worth doing, and you are free to have them built by whoever you like. If you entrust the build to us, it is quoted separately.

Do you also offer an AI visibility audit?

Yes, in addition. It costs CHF 990, fixed price, for a scope and timeframe defined in advance (10 days maximum), and results in a 90-day action plan.
